Precautions for installation of solenoid valve

1. Pay attention to the flow direction of working medium. Install according to the flow direction of working medium indicated by the arrow marked on the valve body. Clean the pipeline before installation.

2. Note that the power supply conditions are DC or AC (frequency), voltage value, fluctuation range, power, etc. whether the on-site use is consistent with the data shown on the solenoid valve nameplate and whether its cooperation with the control system is accurate. The solenoid valve shall be installed with grounding wire to ensure safety in work.

3. A spring is installed in the valve to reset the main valve plug and moving iron core in time. The spring shall be able to withstand a certain degree of vibration. The solenoid valve is required to be installed upright as far as possible. Although some small-diameter solenoid valves can be installed arbitrarily according to the instructions, and the installation position can be selected according to the site requirements, the upright installation can increase the reliability and service life of the solenoid valve. Otherwise, due to the self weight of the valve, the wear of one side of the moving parts will be increased, It will directly affect the service life and working reliability of the valve.

4. The screws or bolts on the pilot valve and valve cover shall be tightened respectively before installation to prevent external leakage from affecting the sealing performance.

5. Generally, the solenoid valve can not be used in the workplace with corrosive environment, but when you really want to use this valve, you should try to add protective measures to the exposed part of the solenoid valve.

6. It can not be used in other working media, but can only be used in the automatic control in the gas pipeline, but must be used within the specified pressure range. When the working pressure is less than 0.03mpa, when the solenoid coil is energized, only the pilot valve acts, and the main valve will not open due to small pressure difference, but it can not be closed tightly (gas leakage). If the working pressure is greater than 1.7mpa, the electromagnetic suction after the solenoid coil is energized is not enough, The pilot valve cannot be opened, so the main valve cannot be opened.
